Tashi and Nungshi Malik (born 21 June 1991) are Twin daughters of Colonel Virender Singh Malik from village Anwali in Gohana Sonipat Haryana and his wife Anju Thapa. The twin sisters are mountaineers and are first twins to climb the Seven Summits.

First siblings and twins to climb the Seven Summits and reach the North and South Poles and complete the Adventurers Grand Slam and Three Poles Challenge; Born to Retired Col. Virender Singh Malik originally from Village Anwali, Sonepat Distt., Haryana, but now settled in Dehradun; Secured 88 % and 86 % in All India Board Exams (94 % and 92 % in Commerce); Degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from Sikkim Manipal University in First Division; Pursuing higher studies in Exercise and Sports Science from Invercargill, New Zealand; Appeared in TEDx Talks https://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=tashi+malik+and+nungshi+malik; They completed mission ‘2for7’ for Indian girl child by conquering the tallest peaks in each of the seven continents – (1) Mt. Everest (Asia, tallest in World, May 2013), (2) Mt. Elbrus (Europe, August 2013), (3) Mt. Aconcagua (South America, January 2014), (4) Mt. Carstensz Pyramid (Australia, March 2014), (5) Mt. Denali (North America, June 2014), (6) Mt. Kilimanjato (Africa, Feb 2012), (7) Mt. Kilimanjato (Africa, July 2015); Reached North Pole and South Pole in skies ( - , April 21, 2015); Completed “Explorers Grand Slam” under Mission ‘Unchaiyon se Aage’.
