Vikash Choudhary

Vikash Choudhary from village Bidoli in Sikar district is the topper of Rajasthan Judicial Services (RJS) examination -2007. Vikash's father Harphool Singh Githala is Jaipur's additional district magistrate. He has also won the Mohnot gold medal for the year-2007 while scoring the highest marks in RJS examination.
