Location of Binauli in Baghpat District
Binauli (बिनौली) is a large village situated on Meerut-Baraut road, around 12 kms away from Baraut in Bagpat district of Uttar Pradesh. The village adjacent to it is Barnawa, known for Barnawa fort.
Binauli is laced with such facilities as a market, petrol pump, a police post, an Intermediate College, bank and other facilities. The villagers from the neighboring villages throng its market for buying daily consumables.

- Padam Singh Dhama (Havaldar) (03.6.962 - 08.5.1999) is a Martyr of Kargil war from Uttar Pradesh. He martyred on 8 May 1999 in Operation Vijay. He was from village Binauli , district Bagpat, Uttar Pradesh. Unit-16 Grenadiers Regiment.
