History

It is a state border village which departs Rajasthan from UP. At the time of princely rule, it was a strategic village for Bharatpur state. A canal is there for irrigation. Land is fertile. Farmers grow wheat, mustards, potatoes, etc.

Notable persons

• Lal Singh (Agre)

• Bhagat Singh Jat (Naik) became martyr of casualty on 20.03.1986 at Siachin Glacier due to adverse climatic conditions. He was from Didwari village in tehsil Kumher of Bharatpur district in Rajasthan.
