Notable persons
- Vidyadhar Mahla (Sawar) (05.08.1942 - 06.12.1971) became martyr on 06.12.1971 during Indo-Pak War-1971 fighting with Pakistan Army at Longewala border in Jaisalmer district of Rajasthan. He was from Shobha Ka Bas village in tehsil Jhunjhunu, now Alsisar, of district Jhunjhunu in Rajasthan.
