Origin
There are two views on the origin of the name Either they get this gotra name after a place called Kunder/Kundar[5] or they might have originated from Kandara (कण्डरा) /Kundarika (कुण्डारिक) of Mahabharata period mentioned in Mahabharata (IX.45.15).
History
Their ancient fort was in Garh Kundar. There need to further research.

कुण्डरवाल / कुण्डेरवाल गोत्र राजस्थान के जयपुर और टोंक जिले की जाट गोत्र है, जो केवल इन्ही दो जिलो में निवास करते है, इनका कुंतल गोत्र से कोई रिश्ता नहीं है ।
