Dhapar (धापड) (Dhapad) is a Jat Gotra in Uttar Pradesh.

Jat clan Namesake

• Zafar is an ancient Himyarite site situated in Yemen. Pliny has mentioned it as Sapphar. Its ruins are now known as Dhafar. It was one of the chief cities of Arabia, standing near the southern coast of Arabia Felix.

Distribution

Dhapar village is in Sahaswan tahsil in district Budaun in Uttar Pradesh.
