History
गांव नगला जुझार (मुरवार) के ठाकुर नत्थनसिंह स्वतंत्रता सेनानी थे , वे अपनी ननिहाल , गांव जलालपुर (पिसावा) में रहते थे , तब उनका सम्पर्क क्रान्तिकारी शहीद भगतसिंह जब 18 माह गांव शादीपुर (खैर ) में स्वतंत्रता संग्राम सेनानी ठाकुर टोडरसिंह के यहां उनके घर पर गांव शादीपुर में रहे थे , तब सतत सम्पर्क रहा था । ठाकुर टोडरसिंह के कहने पर ही भगतसिंह के साथ ठाकुर नत्थनसिंह , जब वे दोनों गांव शादीपुर से खुर्जा जंक्शन रेलवे स्टेशन जिला बुलंन्दशहर गए थे । नत्थनसिंह के चार पुत्र राजपालसिंह (मास्टर - जलालपुर ), राजवीरसिंह ( मास्टर - पिसावा) , राजेन्द्रसिंह और वीरेन्द्रसिंह (मास्टर - मिठ्ठौली) थे । (स्रोत:रणवीरसिंह 9425137463)

He graduated in Mechanical Engineering with honors from Aligarh Muslim University in 1970 , M.Tech .and Ph.D .degrees from IIT Delhi in 1972 and 1978 respectively .He taught in IIT Delhi .Prior to Chairman UPSC , he was a Member of UPSC .
