Origin

The gotra is said to be started after their capital place called Vallabhi (वलभी).

ठाकुर देशराज ने लिखा है ....बलऊदा गोत्र के संबंध में लोकोक्ति है कि ये बादशाही जमाने में किन्ही कारणों से दिल्ली के इलाके को छोड़कर सांभर झील की तरफ आकर आबाद हो गए। सांभर से ये डाबड़ी और खुड़िया (जो शेखावाटी में छोटे-छोटे गांव हैं) होते हुए यहां आकर झाडोदा गांव झाड़ू जाट ने आबाद किया जो अब तक इसी नाम से पुकारा जाता है।

• Tara Chand Baloda (ताराचंद झारोड़ा) (1911- ?) was a Freedom fighter and hero of Shekhawati farmers movement. He was born in year 1911 at village Jharoda in Buhana tahsil , district Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan.

• Sunil Balwada (Naik Gunman) - From Jaitpur Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan, Became Martyr on 9.6.2009 in an AN-32 plain crash during Operation Falcon near China Border. He along with other 12 soldiers were doing patrolling. North East Area was not notified so on this technical ground he could not get the status of a martyr. It was a long battle by his advocate brother Satish and father Jai Singh that the status of Martyr was awarded after 7 years in 2016.
