Bhanveria

Bhanveria or Bhanwaria or Bhanvaria (भांवरिया) Bhanwariya (भंवरिया), Bhanvariya (भंवरिया) Jats are from north western parts of Jaipur district and southern Sikar in Rajasthan. It is also said they originated from Meerut in Uttar Pradesh. A Few of them are found in MP who settled there after migrating from UP. It is a branch of Johiya.

Origin

Bhinwaji , according to the bard, was one of 12 sons of Raja Shiv Singh Johiya (959 AD) of Kot Malot (Malout) in Muktsar, Punjab. He is said to have given fame to Bhanwaria Clan of Jats.^[1]
