रामेश्वरसिंह[1] ने लेख किया है.... उस समय उदयपुरवाटी क्षेत्र में श्री करणीराम के नेतृत्व में कर्मठ कार्यकर्ताओं का दल बन गया। कई लोग आगे आये जिनमें लादूराम जाखल, सूरजमल, शंकर छाबसरी, चेतराम भोड़की, चुन्नीलाल, गंगाराम पोसाना, मंगलराम, रघुनाथपुरा, सूरजाराम धमोरा, भोगूराम छापोली, ज्ञानाराम सराय, हुकमाराम हनुमानाराम टीटनवाड़, भागसिंह सोंथली, हनुमानराम गोधूराम चोकड़ी, मुखराम गुढ़ा इनमें प्रमुख हैं।

As per Census-2011 statistics, Posana village has the total population of 2682 (of which 1360 are males while 1322 are females).[2]

- राम लाल पोसाणा - 15 जून 1946 को झुंझुनू में किसान कार्यकर्ताओं की एक बैठक चौधरी घासी राम ने बुलाई. शेखावाटी के प्रमुख कार्यकर्ताओं ने इसमें भाग लिया. अध्यक्षता विद्याधर कुलहरी ने की. इसमें यह उभर कर आया कि भविष्य में समाजवादी विचारधारा को अपनाया जाये. जिन व्यक्तियों ने किसान सभा का अनुमादन किया उनमें आप भी सम्मिलित थे. - Rohitashva Kumar Khairwa became martyr on 21.10.2022 in a helicopter crash at Migging village in the border state Arunachal Pradesh's Upper Siang district on Friday 21.10.2022. In this crash Maj Vikas Bhambhu, Maj Mustafa Bohara, Cfn Aswin KV, Hav Biresh Sinha & Nk Rohitashva Kumar laid down their lives in the line of duty in helicopter crash at Migging, Arunachal Pradesh. Nk Rohitashva Kumar was from Posana village in Udaipurwati tahsil of Jhunjhunu district in Rajasthan.
