Dusad (दुसाद) Dushad (दुषाद)[1] Dusadh (दुसाध)[2][3] Dosanjh (दोसांझ)/[4]/ Dosangh (दोसांघ)[5][6] Gotra Jats live in Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab and Rajasthan. Dosanjh (दोसांझ) are found in Pakistan.

Origin

This gotra of Jats is said to be originated from Duhshala (दुःशला). [7] Duhshala was the fifth son of Dhritarashtra's sons, eldest being Duryodhana. [8]

History

Bhim Singh Dahiya writes about Dosandh/Dosanjh: Coins of this clan have also been found with the legend Dosadasa or Dosanasa, meaning "of Dosada or Dosana clan". [9][10]
