- 10000 BC : Evidences of farming in rock-paintings at Urden (Madhya Pradesh)
- 3102 BC : Epoch of Kaliyuga era and Bharata War according to one school of astronomers. This date is also considered by many Hindus to be the day that Krishna left Earth to return to his abode.
- 2946 BC : Bamrauli Khera, the place of origin of Bamraulia clan Jats, was founded by their ancestor named Brahmadeva in 192 Yudhishthira Samvat (=2946 BC). It was located on the Banks of Chenab River in Punjab Province.

- 844: Raja Kotra Punia founded city called Kotra on Baisakh Sudi 11 V.S. 901 (=844 AD) and constructed Fort at Kotra in Sheo tahsil of Barmer, Rajasthan.

- 851 : Sulaimán or Sulaiman Nadwi was an Arab merchant traveler. He has given the account of his travels, who embarked on the Persian Gulf, and made several voyages to India and China. This bears the date 237 A.H. (851 AD). He has mentioned about Jat Kings:Balhará, Káshbín etc.

- 855: Rojas (Nagaur) was founded by Rohitas Roj of Roj clan in 855 AD.
- 857 : Balhara were rulers of Mankir (Mandor) as per Arab trader Sulaiman Nadwi, who came to India. According to him this ruler was one of the four big rulers of world at the time (857 AD).

- 892: Juwania Jats came from Delhi and settled at village Jarunda in Nrihara area of Sawaimadhopur. In Samvat 949 (892 AD) Dewasi Patel son of Kunwala Patel moved to place at the bottom of Ghata Bhairunji.
- 902: The ruler of Ghanghu (Churu) was Ghangh in 902 AD.

- 948: Rao Mutia Kamas of Dahiya clan came from Kannauj in samvat 905 (848 AD) and constructed a fort in Nagaur in Rajasthan.

- 959: Khemraj was eldest son of Raja Shiv Singh (959 AD) of Kot Malot (Malout) in Muktsar, Punjab. He is said to have given name to Khichar Clan of Jats.
- 964: Udayaraja Dhaulya defeated Kala Jats of Jayal and occupied Kharnal in 964 AD and made his capital.

- 1003-1320 : Lohara dynasty Jat rulers of Kashmir
- 1005: Jayapala of Delhi fought with Amir Subaktegin of Gazni.

- 1010 : Samudra Pal (b.-d.1010 AD) (Burdak) of Dadrewa, who went to Vaihind near Peshawar in Pakistan to extend help to Raja Anand Pal and was killed there in the battle ground fighting Mahmud of Ghazni.
- 1021: Raja Ratansen (ancestor of Burdaks) begot son Biramrao. Biramrao came from Ajmer to Dadrewa and founded a fort here in samvat 1078 (1021 AD).

- 1066 : Siddhasenasuri's Kathagrantha Vilasavardukahan in Sarvatirthamala written in 1066 AD mentions Jhunjhunu, Khandilla, Naraina, Harsauda, Khattaususa (Khatu) etc.
- 1067 : Jai Singh Bamraulia became a prominent samant of Tomar Rulers of Gwalior. He lived in Bairat area of Jaipur in Rajasthan.
- 1068: Kansu Pal Kaswan won Sidhmukh from Johiyas on 19 August 1068.
- 1068: Bamraulia clan came in prominence in 1068 AD when Rana Jai Singh acquired territories near Bairat, south of Alwar.
- 1073 : Narpal Nehra (born:1073, founded Narhar: 1115) was a king of Nehra clan at Narhar in Jhunjhunu district of Rajasthan.

- 1074: Tejaji (Dhaulya) of Kharnal born on 29 January 1074.
- 1078 : Nalh Raja (Bijarnia) of Ladhana (Khandelawati)
- 1084 : Nardeo Devra attacked Dahil Raja Kunwarsi, defeated him and occupied Khandela in V.S. 1141 (=1084 AD).
- 1089-1101: Harsha (Kashmir) (b.1059, ruled. 1089-1101 AD) was a king of Lohara dynasty in Kashmir.

- 1094: Kansu Pal Kaswan won Satyun from Chauhans on 18 February 1094.

- 1112-1127: Sussala (b. 1072- r.1112-1127 AD) of Lohara family was the King of Kashmir
- 1115: Jhuria Jats left Mathura and settled at Soniasar in 1115 AD

- 1115 : Narpal Nehra (born:1073) was a king of Nehra clan at Narhar in Jhunjhunu district of Rajasthan. He founded Narhar in SV 1172 (= 1115 AD) (See Nehra Genealogy Harsawa)

- 1134 : We get information from Bards of Sheshma Gotra that The King of Dharanagari- Jagdev Panwar died in V.S. 1191 (=1134 AD.) on Chatra Sudi Sunday.[1]
- 1135: Nodal ancestors migrated from Ahilwara (Gujarat) to Marwar area in Rajasthan. Their ancestor Nand Ram or Nand Rai founded village Nodalas or Nodalwas (Nondpura, Deoli, Tonk ?) in in V.S. 1192 (1135 AD).
- 1135: Malsi Mali migrated from Sambhar and founded Malisar in Sikar, Rajasthan
- 1155 : Rao Jesal, founder of Jaisalmer
- 1159 AD : Narhar Inscription of Vigraharaja IV of s.v. 1215 (1159 AD) tells us that Vigraharaj IV ruled over wide areas of Shekhawati.[2]

- 1176: Lalrai Shantinath Temple Inscription of 1176 AD uses the word Rajaputra
- 1178: Vir Singh Vijayrania - Son of Nalh Raja founded Vijarnia Khera in 1078 and constructed a fort at 'Ladhana' in 1178.
- 1178: Punam Punia born to Barhdeo Punia
- 1188: Bahadadev Punia founded Punia Kingdom at Jhansal in 1188 AD.
- 1190: Gota village founded by Bahadadev Punia.
- 1191 : Ramaji Nodal moved from Nodalwas and founded village Satwara (Deoli,Tonk ?) or Sotwara (सोटवाड़ा) (Malpura Tonk ?) in V.S. 1248 (1191 AD)
- 1191 : Daultabad village in Gurgaon district in Haryana was founded in around c.1191 A D by Chaudhary Daulat Singh of Janghu gotra of Jat clan.
- 1193 : Jatwan - Revolt by Jats under Jatwan at Hansi. After the defeat of Rai Pithaura in 1192, and the capture of Delhi by Muhammad of Ghor, Jatwan raised the standard of national resistance to Muhammadan aggression at Hansi.
- 1200 : Bad Ram Nodal moved from Satwara and founded village Badu (Parbatsar, Nagaur) in V.S. 1257 (1200 AD)

- 1206 : Khokhars kill Muhammad Ghori during a raid on his camp on the Jhelum River. Ram Lal Khokhar (Khokhar) killed Muhammad Ghori on 15 March 1206.
- 1206 : Hule Ram came from Hansi and founded Ahulana in 1207 after his father Jatwan (Gathwala) was killed in War at Hansi
